Excellent room with a spacious bathroom, and excellent location. Location really close to farms, and peaceful area outside of town.

The staff here are friendly and the location is fantastic, surrounded by peaceful surroundings; a great breakfast with fresh bread, pancakes, eggs, and cheese is offered, plus free parking onsite.

everything was great, i would recomand. had quite comfortable stay like at home or holidays, the staff were wonderful, location was stunning in quiet surroundings. location: the hotel was very close to the garden, farms with beautiful horse and lovely donkey and peaceful area. also, the property was 2 miles away from hombre.

I absolutely loved the vintage furniture and decor at this beautiful B&B. The attention to detail in every corner of the house was impeccable, creating a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere. The general areas, such as the garden and dining areas, were accessible and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like me to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there for senior-friendly activities or excursions.

We only spent one night here since we were short on time, but everything was fantastic. the breakfast had plenty of delicious options to choose from, and the food was top-notch. the rooms had spacious bathrooms 🚿.

The room was well decorated, with a dining area, a writing table, and an iron and ironing board provided. the property's location was magnificent, set in quiet surroundings just off the autostrada near a charming farm outside Modena.

The staff at the accommodation were incredibly helpful and accommodating. One day, I was craving a delicious homemade meal, but didn't want to leave the comfort of the property. I asked if they could help me out, and to my surprise, they whipped up a mouthwatering dish that rivaled any five-star restaurant. It was as if a top chef magically appeared in their shared kitchen!

Curtain in bedroom didn't close completely.

the property is beautiful, with comfortable and charming rooms. the owners have a passion for collecting old items and it shows in the tasteful decor. the breakfast served was delicious, with homemade and regional food. the location is also great for exploring nearby cities like Parma, Modena, and Mantua. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all. 🌟.
